For Malaysia customers: When you purchase a game pre-order, Boardgame Elite reserves unit(s) in your name with a deposit of 50% in which reservation will only take effect once full payment is made. Once the game arrives at our facility, you will then need to pay the remaining 50% along with shipping/postage fees(if any) and just wait patiently for your games to arrive at your doorstep. In the event that a game has arrive and we have contacted you for payment of the remaining 50% with no response, Boardgame Elite will give 10 days of response time and will then reserve the rights to sell off the game and no refund will be provided. For International customers: When you purchase a game pre-order, Boardgame Elite reserves units in your name with a deposit of 100% in which reservation will only take effect once full payment is made.
